WHAT SETS US APART
Established in 1993, Gus Fabrication started business building industrial equipment for agriculture, oilfield, and other industries. In 1998, we built our first coiled tubing reel. Since then, our focus has moved towards tubing reels and coil service equipment. Today, Gus Fab has over 100 reels in service (skid and trailer mounted combined). Thanks to our extensive offering of manufacturing equipment, we are able to provide welding, roll-out, punching, sawing, cutting, shearing, drilling, bending, turning, and milling, all under one roof.

We ensure that our products are high quality solutions for our customers' needs and provide the support they require to make the most of their equipment. Whether a customer needs help diagnosing a problem in the field or needs to replace parts, we make sure each customer gets exactly what they need.

FACILITIES
Jeanerette, Louisiana is the home of Gus Fabrication's manufacturing facility. The covered fabrication shop lies on 14 acres of property with over 100,000 square feet ready to serve you. Located on the Bayou Teche, Gus Fabrication has access to the inter-coastal water way and the Gulf of Mexico.
ENGINEERING
With over 40 years of combined engineering experience and a registered professional engineer overseeing every project, Gus Fabrication has the knowledge and expertise to design, customize, and fabricate equipment to our customers' exact needs and specifications. Customizing equipment and designing the equipment from the ground up is our specialty. It is by working closely with our clients that we ensure each piece of equipment meets all their needs, for land or offshore, and is built to withstand the harsh demands of the field.
